All Chocolate

This was a special request from our Godson. On his 5th birthday he wanted an all chocolate cake on the collors of his soccer team. It was a pleasure to make his cake. He was really happy and amazed.

This is a Brigadeiro (chocolate + condensed milk) and Coconut (condensed milk + coconut) cake.

Star cake

Butter cake with Dolce de Leche and Guava paste filling and Butter Cream frosting. The stars are edible and are made of candy.

Wedding Cake

This was a big wedding cake we had to make this past weekend. It took us three days to finish it. I'm very glad everyone loved it.

Two tiers are vanilla and two are chocolate. Flowers were specially picked to match the bride's request.

Esse bolo enorme tivemos que fazer no fim de semana passado. Demorou três dias pra ficar pronto. Fiquei bastante feliz que todas as pessoas amaram.

This is vanilla cake, filled with Dulce de Leche and Coconut. It's frosted with Marshmallow, coconut flakes and strawberry. It was ordered for a little birthday party.

This is a small wedding cake frosted with butter cream. It's a vanilla cake with a creamy white filling made with condensed milk.
